Message: I have been to many oil change facilities. This one had a particularly positive crew, who were very good at communicating with each other. Without missing a beat they were able to communicate what was necessary to get my oil changed done faster than I've ever seen before and did an excellent job following through on their multi-point inspection. It was no hassle at all to use a coupon. They were incredibly helpful and very honest in their appraisal of the condition of the truck I had just bought. Having also been a mechanic. I always double check everything when I get home. Looking for a message torques being incorrect on oil, pan bolts, fingerprint contacts etc. It was delightful not to find any problems after my visit. I will be recommending family members visit this particular location because of the confidence that I have that the job will be done correctly and I won't have to worry about anything going wrong or damaged to the paint on my new truck. If they're reading this, just know that you've made a customer for life and kudos to the manager for having such a capable team. I don't think I have ever been as impressed as I was with this team. Keep it up guys!

Message: Today my warning light came on, I'm not due for an oil change for 4 more weeks, I was met by Ryan, he was so friendly, welcoming & very professional! He had the best customer service skills ever! He gave me the information. i needed for my warning lights, checked my tires & fluids.. As I left, everyone waved, said to have a great day and goodbye! Best customer service ever! Thank you Ryan!

Message: Needed new bulbs for headlights. Felicia was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She installed them quickly. We were very happy with her work and pleasant attitude, even in the scorching heat today. Thank you Felicia!

Message: Fast & friendly service! I pulled up behind a vehicle that was just getting started. Someone walked out to greet me in my car & let me know there would be around a 15 minute wait time (which was accurate). They didn't pressure me to buy extras, but made polite suggestions in which I took notes of. I felt a little flummoxed when they said to turn my high beams on & I hit the wipers instead. I was embarassed, but the very nice manager on duty (Felicia) corrected me & nobody laughed at me (except myself). When I left they waved & thanked me. Oil changes are expensive these days. I found a coupon online that they honored & it saved some money. I advise checking your emails or online for Valvoline Coupons.

Message: I got my oil changed and my car serviced last weekend. I needed new windshield wipers so I bought some and had them install them. The guy that installed them accidentally cracked my windshield and I was so nervous about going back in to talk to them about it but everyone I spoke to and dealt with was so kind and apologetic and they set up for my windshield to be replaced within a couple days and reimbursed me for it in a super timely manner. All the managers were so great, and accidents happen. I’m just so grateful that they made it right

Message: My daughter had an oil light on before a big trip. They tested the oil for us and found that it was just low and needed a quart. I appreciate the integrity of the parking lot greeter who did this instead of pushing for an unnecessary oil change.. I've taken 3 different cars here and have had a good experience each time.

Message: I've gone to this place several times for oil changes and have always had a good experience. My gf and I were really grateful for Jonathan today. We were in line for only a few minutes (and secretly in a hurry), and Jonathan had our transmission issue resolved before we even pulled into the booth. Super impressive service there, we'll definitely come back.
