Interstate Batteries River Cities

Message: I was stuck in the Fred Meyer parking lot with a door latch issue that prevented me for closing my door. Parked next to me was an interstate battery truck and the driver (Brian) was inside. I needed extra hand to fix my latch issue so I waved at him asking him to pease come out. He gladly gave me a hand and FIXED my door latch! He was on his lunch and totally not obligated to help me, he was just being a great person. I really appreciate you Brian! I will use interstate batteries from now on because of you lol.

Message: Great sales person checking my battery and putting in a new one. I did have a very hard time finding the place as I did not write the address down or have directions and the lovely lady on the phone talked me through it and I got there before they closed!

Message: It was time to get new battery for my car so I stopped by Interstate Batteries. The person who helped me knew exactly what type of battery my car needs; which is slightly different than the usual battery because I have a Hyundai Sonata. The service was great and quick with reasonable price.

Message: Two days ago I called this interstate after my car wouldnt start during the snow storm. I called this location remembering that they had helped someone close to me in the past and the circumstance was no different when I called. I talked to someone who really knew their craft. Not only was he able to confirm and diagnose some of the google searches I had made but was even knowledgable to know about the particular model of mine needing a "registration of a new battery" after I install it. Apparently that just means that a particular device has to tell the car's computer that you have new battery so it charges appropriately. That being said, this person saved me hours and hundreds of dollars thinking I'd have to tow my car in the snow to a repair shop to diagnose and then fix.. In the end, all it took was for me to buy the battery over the phone, have a friend bring it to me, install it with my household wrench, and turn the car on to go get it registered. SO EASY. Couldnt have called a better location on the first try. Battery experts in every way!

Message: The staff was very friendly and helpful. My battery was a year out of warranty and he helped me decide on a replacement; explaining the reasons behind the price differences of each model.. They also occasionally have used batteries with a 90-day warranty.

Message: They really saved me in a pinch. Sold me a older battery at an amazing price and let me use their tools to install it. For trying to cut costs, they can't be beat. 100% great experience.
