Discount Tire

Message: I went to Discount Tire after a terrible experience with Le Schwab (my back windshield was broken into after leaving my car in their lot overnight) - and they did what Les Schwab couldn't do, replaced my slashed tire in a timely and efficient manner (1. 5 hours) WITHOUT an appointment on a Friday evening before a holiday a weekend. Granted I found out a week later that the tire they'd replaced wasn't the right one, but not only did they take ownership of that, when I took my car to the dealership to get the transmission checked - turns out the calibration was messed up from the size of the replacement tire being different from the rest (I have all wheel drive) - they covered all expenses associated it with recalibrating my vehicle and getting me a new tire to rebalance the transmission. Their accountability and willingness to help is what will have me coming back for years to come! We all make mistakes, but its hard to find a car shop with those values these days. Thanks for a great service :).

Message: They were courteous and get you in and out. The day I went it was about 10AM. While I'm waiting there were about 4-5 people in line. They didn't have to wait too long to get service.

Message: Back in 2017 I was fueling up for a 3 1/2 hour trip to Eastern Oregon to visit family for Christmas, when I noticed a nail in my tire. I rushed to these guys and they were slammed with customers. I told them my situation and they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule but was told it could be 3 hours till I'm seen. About 45 minutes later one of the guys at the desk decided to grab my truck and stated, "I'm going to get you on the road asap. " He repaired my flat and sent me on my way in less than half the estimated time. Since then I've been going to this location exclusively for all my tire needs.

Message: I went there for them to check the tires on my car and balance them. I had to drop off the car; therefore, I can’t talk about waiting experience in the lobby. However, I can tell that they gave an estimate on the time of completion and everything was ready by then.. I was able to check the progress of the work they were performing by using the link they sent to my phone, which was great.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will go back there whenever I need tires or any tire work.

Message: Pleasant courteous employees. No hard sell. I ordered tires on line through tire rack. Installation was by Discount Tire. They were busy when I came to pick up the car, but all of the work stations were staffed.

Message: Fast, friendly service. I booked an appointment online, showed up at my appointment time, and my car was taken right back. I was out the door with 4 new tires in less than 30 minutes!

Message: I worked with David on 7 21 2023. Me and my wife went in.. I had ran over a staple creating 2 holes in my tire by this point. Costco said they would not be able to patch the hole because of the double puncture.. I went here and they said the same thing and helped me purchase some new tires.. Before they installed them, David came back quickly and said half the staple did not fully puncture the tire, only one of the pointed ends it had. He said he would be happy patching the tire and refunding me most of the money I had already paid for a new tire.. To clarify, they had my money and gave me back my money just to provide good customer service. They could have totally kept the money, got me a new tire and made a profit.. Instead David had the honor and integrity to let me know the new tire was not necessary as they could patch the tire.. The honor and integrity David showed was.. strange for 2023.. I will definitely be back. Please give David a raise/promotion.

Message: Got a flat tire late in the day. I pumped some air in it and arrived at shop as they were closing. They stayed late and plugged my tire/ and.. no charge! I am so very grateful! What a great crew of people! I need new tires soon and most certainly will give them my business!
