Message: After having 2ea. 12 volt batteries tested here for my RV, I Had to replace at least 1. I chose to replace both with 2ea. 6 volt batteries. Upon returning home, my RV has a battery shut off switch that I was NOT CLEAR how to hook up to the new batteries. After calling Shawn back at Toby's trying over the phone, I was back the next morning before my next camping trip, and 10 minutes later, ALL WAS SUCCESSFUL! Thank you Shawn for your time and guidance.

Message: So I was "that guy". I arrived literally like two minutes before they were gonna lock up and go home. I felt bad but I had just traveled 100 miles to get there with four core return batteries. The guy behind the desk didn't let on that he was probably annoyed. I would have been but this guy was a real pro. He simply wanted to know how he could help. I told him why I was there and he shuttled my driver to an open bay. He and I quickly unloaded the batteries. He said to meet him back at the front desk where he appeared seconds later with cash in hand. I was in and out in two minutes. He smiled and thanked me for coming by. I thanked him for his help and that was it. Dude was a good guy. A keeper for sure. Hope the brass knows this guy is certainly a valuable asset to the shop. Excellent customer service. I'll be back.

Message: As always, Toby’s pulled through well. This time they replaced my Prius 12v battery which is hidden deep below the back hatchback… cleaned out a pool of accumulated water that shouldn’t have been there, and installed the battery… and only charged 8 minutes labor. This is why I keep coming back and referring family and friends!
