Message: By FAR, the best manager and store of any Les Schwabs I've been to throughout my years of travels from Spokane to Madras, Oregon. One of the quality traits these employees carry is that you never feel like a bother, and they are resilient in making sure your vehicle's needs are met the proper way. I won't name any locations, but they need to use this store/location/employees as a template of what a Les Schwab standard is. Thank you for your service.

Message: This Les Schwab location was recommended to me by a client I work with. It was easy to book an appt using the online system. They also accept walk-ins. Even when I had to make a time adjustment, it was easy to rebook. Saturdays are very quiet as this location is mostly used for commercial trucks/businesses. The waiting area was very clean. They offered hot coffee, cider & popcorn. There was even a Western movie playing! The ladies’ bathroom was clean. I noticed there was a kids’ table & chairs too. They have a device charging station. The staff members were very polite & even helped me w/a quote for new rims. I will definitely return!
