Message: They were awesome when my truck died pulling into the parking lot. Very helpful when deciding which alternator to get, there are about 5 choices for my truck so I was asked relevant questions and given the options. I appreciated the help and respectful, positive attitudes.

Message: Waited 20 minutes to find a oil pan gasket for 2 different cars. On your own computer said you had 4 on 1 and 6 on the other. 2 employees could not for them. Said they had them online, too. Wasted my time. I have had other problems with the wrong parts. 4 employees standing around joking around talking about personal problems that customers should not have to listen to when they can't even get a gasket for an oli pan! Quit standing around and get your business back to as simple as finding a little gasket. I will never ever be back unless it's the very last resort. Work on your own inventory. Lost a good customer. NEVER AGAIN.

Message: I am not a car guy so when I go to an auto parts store I need help. Don, the assistant manager, did not disappoint. He went above and beyond by helping me locate what I needed. They didn't have it in stock at his store so he had it brought there from the valley location so I could pick it up the next morning. Don is the real deal. Anyone wondering what great customer service looks like should learn it from him!
