Message: Did not nor could they get a thermostat for my BMW... strange... yet they got me the gasket.. had to wait an hour and a half for this after being quoted an hour, when I had to wait the additional 30 min they went to great lengths to make me feel not necessarily welcome while I waited inside.. while it was 102 f outside.
