Message: They got me all set up with some new tires for the winter. They got me all set and ready to go in just 45 minutes and even wrapped up my old tires in plastic before putting them in my car. I forgot to ask about windshield wipers until the last second but the gal working insisted it wasn't a problem and they got me all set up with new windshield wipers in no time at all. The customer service here is great. Whether it's in person or over the phone, they are really kind and quick to get down to business! Five star experience by far.

Message: Why would anyone get tires anywhere else?? The service at South Hill Les Schwab is incredibly efficient and pleasant and cost affective. Lizzy at the front desk is truly a wonder. And the kindness shown everyone Even on the most crowded days is very impressive. When I make an appointment I have never been kept longer than promised And the fact that they will help you with a flat repair or inflation is needed with their tires is greatly appreciated!

Message: I honestly don’t know why anyone would purchase their tires from anywhere else. Les Schwab has built their reputation by standing by their products. They just fixed one of my tires (which was deemed to be irreparably damaged) rotated my tires and sent me on my way. No charge. One of the finest companies in America. Period.

Message: Great experience. We were to leave for Portland and came out of the hotel to find out one of the tires had low air pressure. Les Schwab's team was quick and got a screw ot of the tires and patched up in 45 min.. Commendable job!
