Message: We were on vacation and just had bought new tires from a Les Swab in Oregon! One, unfortunately, kept leaking throughout our trip. We stopped at multiple places to air up and even another Les Swab in Washington to get it fixed. Within thirty minutes of leaving WA, on our way to Idaho, it started leaking air again. We called multiple Les Swabs and it was an 1-2 hr wait. We called this Les Swab and boom they got us right in! They worked to replace valve stem again, correctly this time, and they were fast! Not only were they quick but they had the best customer service and we SO appreciated them! We are back on our trip and no leak! Thank you so much Brian and your team for helping us and getting us back on the road quickly and safely!

Message: The staff here is kind and helpful. I purchased tires here, and at the time, their prices beat Costco, and they have in-house financing if needed. My wife got a flat tire, and we brought it in. They fixed it for free! We were so shocked. Highly recommend this location.

Message: While I will say they did a good job swapping my winter tires for summer tires, the place smelled absolutely terrible. The coffee tasted like it had been brewed a week ago, and it took them almost 3 hours to get it done, and the seating area was uncomfortable and dirty. It was also pricey at $150.

Message: Before I start I want to say that I normally never ever leave reviews but this one was definitely worth my time and effort. My first visit was to Les Schwab on N. West Blvd. and the manager there said there was a 5 to 7 hour wait I told him that won’t be a problem and I will be back within seven hours, unfortunately, his response with a arrogant and condescending tone was that you have to be here at the shop waiting the entire time and if you do leave the shop at any moment that would require an appointment and we are two months out for appointments. I said you really want me to sit here at the shop for seven hours to get a tire fixed with a nail in it, he said yes, as I walked out I showed him the peace sign but I think I forgot and left out my left finger. I know not cool. Then I decided to call another less Schwab that is on Francis a lady answered the phone and was very courteous and professional and said there was between one and two hour wait, I said no problem I’ll be right there within 10 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted with a gentleman named Eric he said it would be a little over an hour wait time which was not a problem. When it was my time he asked me for my keys to get the car to the shop unfortunately I also had a problem with a battery, sometimes the car wouldn't start, he was kind enough to use his car and jumper cables to jump my car to get the car into the shop with a positive attitude, he definitely went above and beyond on that one. Anyway, finally got the car in the shop and he came to give me an update saying that there was two nails in my tire instead of one and he was able to repair both nails. After fixing both of the nails he jumpstarted my car again and left it running so I am able to get home. I went inside the shop expecting to fork out something between $20 and $50 and my total bill was $0. 00. I felt guilty leaving without paying a dime with such outstanding service and professionalism that I experienced with the pretty lady who answered the phone and Eric. But I could tell you this Eric if you are reading this, you made a customer for life even if I have to pay extra for tires at Les Schwab, I will still purchase the tires at Les Schwab just because you guys provide such outstanding service and customer service is extremely important. I wrecked my car, 2018 Chevrolet Impala, and it should be fixed in two months and I will be back to purchase four brand new tires at your location. Thanks again Eric for providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond and I hope that you will be running your own less Schwab store very soon. You truly made my day, have a wonderful day and God bless.
