Message: My new favorite tire shop. I had two flats repaired within a week, they were quick, courteous, and did a great job. If you schedule online it saves lots of time.

Message: I have been a customer of Discount Tire for more than 20 years. Some locations are not the best. I went to one in Omaha Nebraska and was less than pleased they replaced my tire sensors on my 2008 Chevy HHR and they never worked right. We moved back to the Spokane area and I took my car to this location and what a great experience. They replaced my non working sensors for free and got me into a new set of tires for a very good price. I made an appointment and that made my wait less then an hour. I was going to start going somewhere else after my experience in Omaha, but I am a loyal customer now. Thanks to the valley location.

Message: I have never been more impressed with service before. All the guys that helped with my patch repair and then helped figure out why it was still leaking the next day, were amazing. They truly cared about doing a good job and triple checked their work. Everyone there has always been kind, professional, knowledgeable and fair. As someone about to have a baby, it meant the world to me to know they double check their work and care about the safety of their customers. I will always buy my tires at discount and always go there for any issues I have with my tires.

Message: Apparently the alignment was out in our car; but we didn't notice till we tore through a set of tires after a 7, 000 mile family road trip. We had to get tires and in a hurry, but we also had to get a 4 wheel alignment too. We called around to a lot of places and finally ended up back where we started with Discount Tire. Now previously we had had issue with Discount because getting in and out of that place for minor challenges like a tack in your tire a simple rotation, or just a tire pressure check was like the BOOK OF JOB--very tasking and time consuming. However, yesterday was different. Much different! Since we use our vehicle for our side hustle we had to get this done in a day, we needed it done quickly and efficiently as possible cause we had to get an alignment as well (the reason we had to get tires in the first place. We called Christian (who is highly personable and customer service oriented) at Discount Tire in Spokane Valley. We wanted a specific tire (Michelin Defender, I highly recommend it), he said they had 8 in stock and he was able to hook us up with a promotion and a military discount and said to bring it by and drop it off it would take a bit. We dropped it off at 1230 fully expecting it to take until closing time (6PM), but we had it back by 1:45 PM, which was extraordinary)! Working with personal people, who understand customer service, and are able to put the 'I into thou' was what made this particular event extraordinary. I am noticing a theme! When you have people, regardless of where they work, who are able to put themselves into the shoes of the customer, that customer has an extraordinary experience. Now truth be told and it seldom is. I have had issues with big box tire stores as I mentioned before, but in this case because of Christian's exceptional customer service and his ability to go above and beyond to get me sorted out quickly and efficiently, he earned our business, earned this review, and brought great credit upon himself and his employer! Great work Christian and Discount Tire of Spokane Valley for hiring great service personnel like Christian whose tremendous customer service puts your organization TOP OF MIND for business potential (when phenomenal customer service meets opportunity). Message: The ability to buy tires and/or wheels while sitting at home, but have them shipped to and installed at a local Discount Tire is beyond convenient. And if you get the tire/wheel combo they will do the winter/summer swap for free. No matter how long the line is, they take care of every customer and answer any questions. They check my tires every time and won't mount bald tires, which I appreciate as someone who shares the road with those people. I've purchased from the other big regional store and the big online store, but here I get the best of both of those and I've been converted for all our cars.
