Message: Lawrence is fantastic (along with the rest of the MM crew). He's 3, 000 miles and just a phone call or Email away. I bought my boat (brand new) "sight-unseen" during the pandemic and have been very happy with the service that Lawrence has provided. Over the last 2 years, he's returned every email and every phone call from simple questions to helping me with a major warranty repair (completely unrelated to Master Marine). He checks in from time to time, just to see how things are. He doesn't have to - I'm not right down the street or even across the state. We're just about as far apart as can be and he still helps out. I'm really happy our paths have crossed and if/when I'm out in Washington State, I'll absolutely drop by. MM goes beyond just the boats they sell and, in my experience, stands ready to help customers whenever (and wherever) they can. Thanks Lawrence - you're the best!

Message: MMs mechanic managed to fix my Yamaha four stroke issue which, for 3 years had eluded three other mechanics and two yamaha dealers. Fair price and only a couple of days wait in the height of summer. It runs perfectly now. Bravo!

Message: I was preparing my 15' boat for opening crab season... my 7 year old granddaughter has been my deck boss for a couple of years.. and was anxious to bait the first pot. Fired up the 30 HP mercury and no water flow,, alarm came on. I called my local dealer in Oak Harbor, his vacation week. I started a radius search for a repair shop, every one I called were booked weeks out. Called Master Marine, explained my problem and that my deck boss was on her way. Service manager told me to bring it over and they would look at it, no promise on fix timeline.. got a call the next day and was ready for pickup.. They replace a few defective parts and had me and my deck boss back on the water. Amazing fast, courteous and expert service.

Message: I had searched countless stores for an old part for an outboard motor with no luck. Russ, in the parts department, was super nice and very helpful! He tracked down the one left in stock and got back to me very quickly. I would not have found it without his help.
