After bringing my car in for new struts and ball joints, the price was much more than I was expecting. Katie, Molly, and Micala worked hard to research cheaper parts with the same quality and lower my bill by over $600. I'm a customer for life!

I drove over for an inspection same day and ordered the tires for next day delivery and install. Micala was wonderful to work with and helped me find the best deal on tires and answered all my questions about tire performance. She knows her tires! On the day of installation she and Katie were friendly and professional from start to finish. Max was the technician assigned to my car. He had the tires swapped out quickly and with care. They look great and my car drives even better now! You cannot go wrong with the kind and professional team at the Kirkland Pep Boys!

Message: My engine light was on yesterday so I stopped by Pep Boys for diagnosis. It turned out that there were some issues so they were able to fix it on the same day. The staff, Micala, was very helpful and informative and the prices were reasonable. The technician, Alex, did a great job to take care of the problems and saved me a trip to dealer ship. They provided warranty for 90 days if there were still any problems. Great service. Highly recommended!
