Message: I went there a month or more ago to look at a couple vehicles, although I wasn’t able to get the financing I needed the team went out of their way to help me out. Salesman Alex was kind, wasn’t pushy and genuinely seemed like he cared about getting me into a car I’d enjoy. On top of that the prices are fair. Next car I buy I’m definitely going back here, and anyone know who needs a car I’ll happily be sending their way.

Message: Words can’t describe just how happy I am with my experience! Not only Rob Schubert, my salesperson, was phenomenal with the whole buying process, but other people on the sales team like Kenneth and Justin are outstanding with customer service. Also shoutout to Erik Bright their service advisor there, great guy with even greater car servicing skills. Message: I have purchased 6 cars from dealerships throughout my life and some experiences have been stressful with sales people trying to add on all kinds of unnecessary charges and up sell me. Not Pignataro VW. Rob Schubert couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He sold me the car I was interested in at the price I could afford and wanted to pay and made sure that a missing accessory was retrieved from the previous owner and given to me so that I didn't have to buy a new one. He was very responsive whenever I contacted him, and I will certainly contact him again when we need other vehicles. If you need someone helpful and direct, ask for Rob.
