Bought tires online at discount web site. they called me the next morning to let me know they were in (as they didn't have in stock the day before) stopped in after work in and out within a hour.. Message: I would give this place six stars if I could, and not even because the scale goes up to high but because it would more accurately reflect to the actual score of this place deserves. Kaleb more than took of me and was simply fantastic in every way. Here's why: I came in with a spare wheel on my car, I was not even able to purchase one of their tires as I am incredibly tight on funds, and so instead of the $50 that it would cost to both dismount and then mount my 14s tire on my Ford focus, because Kaleb actually took time to listen to my problem and thoughtfully deliver a solution.. he immediately knew that I was a bit distressed since I was unable to afford it.. Rajasthan telling me sorry and sending me away.. he took initiative and decided to just do it anyway since I am desperately trying to leave tonight on a far freeway trip and it is not safe to drive with a spare wheel especially not on the front.. I am simply stunned! This place never ceases to amaze me with the experience they deliver, it's so much beyond just "customer service". Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Message: Always there to help me with any questions and have great prices. This time around I brought my big truck in and a new associate stripped my lug nut. They paid for the new part and profusely apologized. They told me they told that particular worker not to work on my truck

Message: I purchased two tires from this location and went in tonight with low tire pressure. I was prepared to pay a mint for whatever (I don’t know A THING about cars) needed to be done. CALEB helped me. He checked the air pressure, popped on a new tire (that was covered under warranty) and sent me on my way. CALEB was upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be back for my tire needs in the future.

Message: Kaleb the service advisor was very kind when I showed up an hour late for my appointment and help me reschedule for later that day. An hour later I have new tires, balanced and rotated. Excellent Service.

Message: 5 stars! Needed a tire rotation and balance on my 2021 Mercedes Sprinter 2500, and these guys delivered! Booked an appointment the night before, and I was in and out in 35 minutes from the time I walked in the door. They didn’t mind me watching the change, and the crew lead even verified that I was good with the tire pressure specs listed on the door frame. The guy at the desk (Kaleb?) was super friendly, too. I’ll be back!
