Message: Great small business with amazing attitude. I didn't know much about canopies and walked into the store and was immediately greeted and helped the proper way by asking the right questions. I knew exactly what is right for me within minutes and they worked hard to find the parts necessary to get the work done very fast. I came back within a week to get it installed and they showed great honor when they didn't charge me extra for the more expensive canopy they put on my car that was delivered in place of my original order. Although I offered them to pay, they insisted on holding their part of the deal that they had made. Nowadays, such honor and service is rare. Strongly recommend.

Message: I bought a Leer canopy from Canopy World last year. I found the Edmonds location has great customer service. Sam, the technician, removed the canopy so I could install an antenna bracket, then reinstalled it. Sam is knowledgeable, careful and quick. I recommend the Edmonds location. A good group to bring your business.

Message: 4 stars only because delivery took 6 months (ordered April 4th received September 8th 2021) due to Covid delays (for glass).. Friendly, helpful and transparent. Once our order was received I had my truck installation the next morning. Installation took an hour. There was no installation issues (mentioned in previous reviews), paint was slightly brighter than the truck but it's common to have some degree of difference, no scratches or left over adhesive. All lights and sensors were reconnected accurately.. Thanks guys!

Message: I managed to find a previously owned canopy for my truck that even matched in color. I brought it in to this Canopy World for a re-seal. While I was there, I mentioned that I was concerned that the canopy would scratch the side of my truck bed. Even though that’s just ‘kind of one of those things that happens’, the guys went above and beyond. They took extra steps to seal it and attach it to my truck in a way that it wouldn’t rest right on the paint. I could not be any happier with the customer service I received. I would HIGHLY recommend this business!
