Message: Wish this was a better review…. Usually when you buy a car you’re supposed to get detailing anyway “deluxe” or not and shouldn’t have to be an “We owe you” type of deal… and given most people work full time, there were no availability’s on a Monday?? Which I’m lucky enough to have off since most people don’t and businesses are open….

Message: I am impressed by Klein Honda's integrity and professionalism. I have been a customer with them for over fifteen years, and we consistently use their services. There was one time that the service was shockingly poor, and this is not typical for them, and the treatment by one of their employees was far beyond unprofessional. They took accountability for what happened and apologized, which said a lot about their business and how they wish to run it. I appreciate honesty in a company and the integrity makes me a return customer, even if the service department might be a little busier and/or take more time than other places.

From a simple oil change to more intense repair to buying a newer car, the staff is friendly and always making sure we get the service we need. I never feel pressured into anything I need done and am well informed about it all.

Message: Number one, I want to say that the people and the service is superb - and that’s what counts. I purchased my Honda CRV in Bellingham but Klein is where I go for service 100%. Here’s why 4 stars: while you’re waiting for your car, that part of the experience is pretty bad - a cramped space, no natural light, with uncomfortable chairs, no tables, awful music on the PA, two large flat screens on mute, and an array of vending machines with awful junk food. At Rodland Toyota (my last car was a Prius), by contrast, there’s a spacious waiting area with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, potted plants, sofas, upholstered chairs, coffee tables, and an espresso bar with free beverages and pastries. Rodland even provides a barista! There’s an area for children, and dear to my heart, there’s a quiet office space with tables, chairs, and little cubicles where I can get my laptop out and be productive while my car is being serviced. I really miss that part of the service experience. Klein does have a really nice quiet room for small children and that’s usually where I wait. If Klein could bring the waiting experience up to the same level as everything else, I give them 10 stars!

Message: I bought my SUV here last July. Everyone was nice enough and I remember it as a positive experience even though we were stressed at the time about it. I’ve been in a couple of times for service and both times they were great and super friendly. Be prepared for a long wait with oil changes. I’m grateful we went here and l love my SUV!

Message: Great experience. Honesty and transparency are a big part of what I look for when trying to buy a vehicle. I would like to say the from the sales experience, to the financing is fast simple and easy. They were the last stop for me to look at inventory and pricing after visiting so many dealerships starting Saturday. Quite the traveling, met some other great dealerships and some really shady ones like Seattle of Honda (still have that bad taste in my mouth).. As soon as I got the pen in my hand to sign away at the price we talked about, the last dealership I went to was in Renton they gave me a call at that exact moment it was a bit shocking and irritating at the same time because I've spent many hours with them and they couldn't do it then and there. The price drop was enormous enough to be jaw dropping. I had the phone on speaker for my sales guy to hear what was being said. He went back and they were able to adjust the pricing to even better, even though they were already great enough.. I'd like to thank the sales team from online, Elijah and Garcia for being very straightforward from the with process. Jay was wonderful point of contact for the sale at the dealership and Keo Made the purchase quick and simple to get me out that door.
