Ryan's RV Town

Message: Steve Miller, the service manager was awesome. I had an issue with my travel trailer and called Steve. We are on our way out of town on Thursday and the soonest that they had an appointment available was at the end of May. When I explained my problem to Steve he said to bring it in and he would get to it when time allowed. I pulled into the parking lot and my trailer was repaired and on the road in less than 45 minutes. Thanks Steve and all of your service technicians.

Message: Best experience ever. After checking in the service manager asked me to explain the issues we were experiencing. After explaining, Steve immediately knew where to look and explained how this issue could have happened and had it fixed in minutes. He was also very helpful with a couple of other issues we had with our coach. Long story short we were in and out in about 30 minutes compared to days and we were not gouged like many other service companies can and Do.

Message: Ryan’s RV town provided my group an amazing RV and plenty of informative details for our trip. I would highly recommend renting with them for they are professional and were always a phone call away if any issues or concerns arised. They were accommodating with our needs and time frames. Great experience and will use them in the future if in the Seattle/Washington state area.

Message: I purchased my trailer here almost a year ago. Danielle was great during the purchase process. Since then there have been a few issues with it but Ryan’s RV town have been quick to resolve any problem I’ve had. I recently had my RV in the shop to get some work done and although the warranty work was denied by the company the service department at the dealership fixed the problem with no cost to me. Their customer service throughout this process has been excellent. They have gone above and beyond expectations.

Message: We had rented a beautiful Four Winds RV from Ryan’s RV for June but unfortunately we had to cancel. We had given them $1, 000 as a non-refundable deposit but they were so kind and nice to work with we got a full refund. Thank you Michael!

Message: We rented a travel trailer from Ryan’s when we were having construction done on our home. The transaction for the rental was seamless and the people were very helpful and friendly as always. When we returned the trailer at the end of the rental we decide to look around at some of the used travel trailers and found one we liked. Danielle was outstanding in her customer service helping us out. Robin was also amazing through the whole finance process. And when it was time to take delivery of our travel trailer Wes truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way it needed to be for us. In fact I’m going to say everyone that was there in the store was helping us out at that point including the owner Ryan. Honestly we won’t go anywhere else to have any service done on our travel trailer or purchase anything we might need for it. They truly know what customer service is and they practice it every day.
