Message: The ordering process through superhawk was easy, although quality control should be addressed. My $3100 color matched army green top came with clear paint defects on the roof of the top with long scratches layered with clear coat; the defect was not noticed until much later. Looking back I should have inspected the top more thoroughly since the shop seemed to just want to throw it on and send you on your way as fast as possible. Pay attention to the paint especially on Snugtop products.

Message: Good service, best prices. With a newborn we can't fit our Great Dane in the Cab anymore, so I called down to Super Hawk and they said they had a cap in stock that would fit my rig and would throw in the oversized windows for free. They had a little misunderstanding about my truck's body style and didn't actually have it in stock when I showed up, but they got one ordered (minus the oversized windows) at the same price and hooked us up with a loaner cap so we could cart the family around until the new one arrives.

Message: Purchased a new Snugtop Rebel from Burlington Superhawk canopies. The staff was great and the install was good too. However the new canopy came scratched in a couple of places and the paint quite does not match my new 2022 truck. Paid upwards of $2700 for the canopy and am disappointed in the quality of paint and not to mention some deep scratches. I would recommend Superhawk canopies but I would not recommend Snugtop for your truck.

Message: Pretty good experience with these guys. I had to reschedule twice because my truck was in the shop, but it was no issue for them to hold the canopy for a few more weeks. Installation was pretty good, not super stoked on how the interior canopy light was wired, but I was able to relocate it myself pretty easily.
