Message: Gotta love a specialty store that doubles as an alternative to any number of big box stores. You'll find marine/boating/SUP etc. supplies, yeah. You'll also find sealants, galley and camping type supplies, neat-o outdoor wear and fancy survivalist doo-dads, ropes and charts, books, flags, maps, heck even tide tables. There are bracelets that teens wanna wear ("buy this to support getting plastic out of the ocean"), rugged and/or sleek-fancy watersport footwear, and a lot more. Pop in to be surprised at all the stuff you need or want to give to someone and none of you even owns a boat. Or kayak. But if you do, this is of course also the place. Easy parking in front of shop. Helpful service. Okay not big box store cheap, but shopping here is much more refreshing so it's worth it. Yay!

Message: I brought in two new fishing reels to have line installed. They did a great job! They ran out of line before filling the second reel. They were able to load about 80 percent which is more than enough. They wouldn't let me pay for any line or installing on either reel since they ran out with just a little bit left to go. Incredible customer service!

Message: Went in to talk varnish and epoxy. Staff knew as much as I did - because I can read the tins too. Felt like this really wasn't an area of expertise. Ended up buying online elsewhere. The store is good though - lots on display and friendly service.
