Message: I've purchased numerous cars from Lexus of Bellevue. We sold our Lexus RX a few years ago and went to a competitor brand luxury car just to give it a try. We could not wait to trade in the competitor brand this weekend and drive off with our new Lexus. From the moment I contact the dealership, I've been treated with utmost care. Our salesperson was fantastic and I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone (no pressure, full of integrity, no ego, easy to relate to, and cared deeply about our experience). This dealership is the best and we live 2. 5 hours away and they are our dealership for life.

Message: My service agent was Pedro Mendoza. He was very personable and professional. He kept me updated on progress with my vehicle via the Lexus service link. When the inspection came back with additional work that needed to be done, he got me into a loaner vehicle so I could take care of other errands.. Additionally, the inspection information was very transparent with what needed service and why, so I could make informed decisions.. Lastly, the lounge area of Lexus of Bellevue was very spacious and comfortable, with the option of sitting in comfy seats spread out around a huge area or at cube-like workstations for those who wanted to focus on work while they waited.

Message: I received an excellent and professional sales experience with Bruce the sales associate. I appreciate his straightforward and transparent pricing without hassle or deception. Lexus of Bellevue gave me the best trade-in value and financing as advertised with no gimmicks. I was completely happy with my new GX 460 purchase and smooth experience… 2 hours I was out with my new car. Shout out to Anthony the service tech who detailed my vehicle before driving it home. Message: We worked with Natalie R from start to finish. She happened to be the one to take my phone call when I was searching for a brand new is500. She kept me updated. We had a tight window to get things done while we were in town and she made it happen and got a bunch of work done before we came to the dealership. Oh. Message: 10/10 recommend coming to this dealership! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive from the receptionist guy to our personal car sale person Kyra! This was our first stop at looking in to trading in our vehicle and it was an overall great experience. We got there and Kyra already had the car ready (that we were interested in) when we arrived for our appointment. Got to test drive the vehicle and look at it with no rush or pressure into getting the car. She was so friendly and explained the whole process and was very informative and knowledgeable about all the financial questions we had. She also personally called us 2 days later to check in and to see if we had any questions or concerns about our vehicle. Lexus of Bellevue definitely exceeded our expectations.
