Message: I just bought my beautiful Audi A6 and was extremely happy with experience. Sean took is time to explain everything about the car and I came back the next day for more. No problem. They took care of all my worries. Prices are great - super competitive, but I still got a little discount to make me happy. Inventory nice and cars are well picked. Really recommend this well established dealership!

Message: We recently purchased a Volvo convertible from Bellevue Auto House. Our salesman was Jim Oakley. Our experience with Jim was exceptional. The car was in high demand and yet he held it for us until we got there a few days later to see the car. He could of sold it multiple times. There was NO pressure, even though he held it. We have bought many cars over the years and this was by far our best experience, because of Jim. He really cares about his customers. We highly recommend Jim and Bellevue Auto House. We needed a replacement wind shield and Jim graciously picked us up at the windshield place and took us over to the Bellevue Square. He came back 2 hours later to pick us back up. He went beyond the call of duty on so many levels. He even went as far as to dig up an old dusty HUGE red bow and had it on the car when he opened the garage door to show us the car. I believe we have a new found family friend in Jim. Thanks Bellevue Auto House. We will be back for our next car. I'm trying to post a picture but haven't been able to figure it out.

Message: Rarely write reviews; yet as I was shopping with my wife for a new (pre-owned) car, we stopped in on a weekend to check out the cars at the Auto House. I have to say, We had a very good experience. Worked closely with Sean and the extended sales team. Nothing but cordial and willing to take the time with us. We test drove a number of vehicles. 4 series bmw, 3 series Mercedes, etc. Sean took the time to also show my wife all the details of each vehicle.. Although ultimately we landed on a brand new car, thus we did not purchase from BAH, we had a very good experience. Have read a number of reviews, with numerous negative comments. Seemed a bit unfair to me/us. They have a beautiful showroom & garage and take pride in having very nice vehicles on site. As a consumer, just need to know what you are looking for and what you want to pay. The sales team is used to dealing with high end consumers, who have $ and know what they want. Of course they want you to buy a car when you are on their lot, that's why they're in business. Just need to be direct with what you want and are willing to pay. They can either do the deal or they won't. Pretty straight forward stuff.

Message: We recently bought a used Audi from this dealership, and it was a good experience overall. My husband and I dread dealing with car dealerships, but the staff here made it pleasant. Sean worked with us mainly, and was very nice and easy going, he is knowledgable on Audi cars and took his time showing us details on the model. Alan worked with us on the loan etc, and was nice and professional as well, the process of buying a car wasn't painful! I would recommend these guys, nice cars and good service.

Message: I am taking the time to write this review because I believe in GOOD customer service. I was in a situation where I had to find a car within two weeks after being hit in a rear end collision. With that being said, one could only imagine the stress and difficulty in finding the right car within a short period of time. By the time I arrived at Bellevue Auto House, I had already experienced five bad experiences with dealers who were rude, didn't listen and were simply not trained to give ANY service. The second I inquired about the BMW I was looking for, Alan was quick to respond to my needs. Both of his sales associates were busy, but he took the time to engage, ask me what my needs were and he IMMEDIATELY found someone on his staff to accompany me on a test drive for the BMW 525i. On top of that, Paula Joe asked if I wanted any coffee-which is always a nice gesture. Following that great service, he also worked with me on pricing and went as far to hold the car for me for one day. All of this stems from the simple act of "caring for the customer. " I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. Bellevue Auto House has a winning team and I give nothing but praise to them all.

Message: Just finished up the purchase and I couldn't be happier.. Lance, Alan & Dale are provided over the top customer service along with a comfortable buying experience.. Not to mention their selection is top notch, facility is extremely clean and I feel like I'm leaving here with a group of friends.. Would I recommend Bellevue Auto House? Absolutely. I'll be sending my friends and family here for their next vehicle.. Walked out with a smile and a great car and an extremely fair price! Win, win, win!

My experience with Lance, Dale, Alan and Sean was great and I recommend dealing with Bellevue Auto house if you are looking for a luxury pre-owned car.. When I went in I was looking for a BMW X5. I had been looking online for a while and they had the best inventory in the area; I told them how much I wanted to pay and they found me beautiful car. They spent the time to teach me all of the features and they even washed my car when I went to get my license plates put on a few weeks later. This is the way everyone should do business.
